Redington Welcome Pack

Client:
Redington Ltd

Brief:
To create a welcome pack for Redington staff, welcoming them into their new office, and introducing them to the new brand, which was launched the same day. It was really important to me to find good quality merchandise for the welcome packs that were actually useful and were more likely to be kept, rather than just an exercise in branding. For example the plan from HR was to give a box of items to new joiners, and I made the point that the box would likely be thrown away each time, whereas a canvas bag is actually useful and re-useable, this is more in-line with our brand values. I worked alongside the copywriter to make sure we had some great copy for the items that reflected the companies personality and values.

Outcome:
Each welcome pack consisted of: A canvas tote bag, pink lined umbrella, water bottle, notepad, Parker pen, recycled pencil, power bank, screen cloth, Christmas tree growing kit, jelly beans, adult colouring book, hand made biscuits from The Biscuiteers and a welcome note-card from the 2 co-founders and CEO, 3 of the envelopes contained a golden ticket inside worth £200 for an experience day. The welcome packs were really successful, delivered on budget and on time. I was overwhelmed by the positive feedback from across the business.
